英语vs美语（2）

今期要讨论的是有关英语和美语在语法上的一些区别。

在英语中，“我刚刚看见他。”这个句子是：I have just seen him.

可是在美语中是：I just saw him.

区别就在于，英语使用现在完成式，而美语却是用过去式。

另外，美语用have而不用have got。比如说：

你养狗吗？

英语：Have you got a dog?

美语：Do you have a dog?

我不养狗。

英语：I haven’t got a dog.

美语：I don’t have a dog.

但是，在美语中，“gotten”和“got”是被普遍使用的词，来表达‘得到’、‘完成’、‘成为’或‘去’的意思。请看例句：

他拥有一辆车子。

英语：He owns a car.

美语：He’s got a car.

他已经买了一辆车子。

英语：He has bought a car.

美语：He’s gotten a car.

她一定要见总统。

英语：She must meet the President.

美语：She’s got to meet the President.

她成功见到了总统。

英语：She has succeeded in meeting the President.

美语：She’s gotten to meet the President.
